Income tax return
One of my friend didnt file his return for around 5 years in other words he filed his return 5 years back after that no return hasd been filed. now he wanted to file the return for this year . Is there any complication related in filling return now

The belated return filing due date for the Assessment year 2014-15 is 31st March 2016.
So ask him to file the return before the above-mentioned date.
