30 June 2014An assessee went to USA for the purpose of company's project since Sep 2013. His employer is in india only. The tenure of the project is 2 years. Whether he needs to file ITR AY 2014-15? And also suggest your opinion for filing ITR for 2 subsequent years. Please reply. Its urgent.

It depends on where your employer is paying you the salary. If it is received in India you need to file ITR and pay tax.
