No, because when you will file revised return, it will ask for acknowledgement no. of original return which should be E-filed.

No . in case original return filled manual ,then revised return also to be filled manually
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
