Just call on toll free number 18004252229 and ask to reset the password. You will get the info about changing the pasword

3RDLY BY PAN DETAILS

IF U CHOOSE 3RD OPTION THEN UR PASSWORD BE SENT TO UR REGISTERED EMAIL ID WITH THE INCOME TAX AS REGISTERED WHEN U REGISTERED UR PAN
