If Aduditor has given qualified opinion , whether it will have impact on prperation of income tax return
Qualification is in respect of income whereas assessee doesnot agree

Auditor may qualify the report if accounts are not prepared as per the AS. But filing Income tax return entirely different. For IT chargeability of income and allowabilty of expenses are specifically given in act.
If that income is chargeable according to IT then show it in IT return.
