If one of my client turnover is more than 20 lack in service provider category but where he provide service they don't want service bill with gst they only cut 1 % TDs of amount.
is there any problem to my client from gst .
I filed income tax return base on 26 as amount .
please clarify
If your turnover more than 20 lakh in service category than it's Compulsory to take GST registration...
If not taken, than there is a chance that you will got notice from GST department regarding same...
