Income tax Refunds Problem

Dear Sir, I had a refund of 40000 in the financial year 2017-2018, it has not come yet.
When I saw a few days ago, in my 143 1 Intimation, my income of other source is showing 4 lakh incomes.
Because of which my refund did not come and my outstanding demand is coming out
In this case, what should I do so that my refund can come, please help me sir
