Dear Sir,
According to My 26AS, I was filed my ITR for the A.Y 2018-19 ,. There was two TDs deducted by different company .
Recently , I received my refund ,they not considered one refund and that amount is huge around 35,000/-.
So, Assessment is done and my income is below taxable and it is not adjusted against past dues.
Kindly advise how can I receive my balance refund ,after assessment done ?
Please do the needful .

Call to income tax helpline number....department shall reconsider your claim u/s 154.This year,I have also faced same issue for several case.

Try to cross check with your Income Tax Return whether you have considered that TDS amount while filing return
if you missed it, then file revised return
Moreover, while filing return only you will know how much refund is eligible for you
Department either accept that or request for information/clarification under section 143(1)

FIRST CHECK YOUR RETURN FORM FILED THEN GO FOR RECTIFICATION
Dear Sir,
As per Assessment Order under Sec.143(1), They did not consider TDS amount and not refunded,As actually it was showing in my 26AS during file of ITR . As on date , That deducted amount also showing in My 26AS.
