21 October 2017Income tax return processed and received Intimation U/S 143(1) and efiling account status shows that ITR is processed but when i check in tin nsdl refund status shows as "Stopped under advice from ITD - Payment of the refund stopped by the income tax department"
To whom we have to contact to reslove this.

You can approach the Signed Authority ( mentioned in the Notice) and seek an explanation.1st send a letter if personal visit required it will be more effective.

Hi sir, this is not regarding refund re-issue request. Return already processed receive intimation of the same but refund stopped by ITD. We raised grievance request but no response from the department.
