Income tax return for the A.Y. 2012-13 is filed on 02/02/13 and processed by CPC on 01/03/2013 as no refund no demand, help me how to claim refund in this case whether to file form 30 manually or go for rectification online.

if it is a mistake apparent from record then you have to necessarily file a online rectification request.
Check 26AS. Look the TDS deduction accounted for by the IT dept. If IT dept has not taken full TDS as per 26AS, you can file rectification.
