Hi Can anyone tell me how I can get Income Tax refund Demand / Order to know the interest detail on refund

you can submit request for order u/s 143(1) from your income tax account

you will receive on your registered email id , if order has been passed for assessment year (requested)

interest on refund and refund details are also available on Form 26AS.

no time limit is prescribed
