An autonomous body which has not filed its ITax return for 2018-19 is showing TDS deducted by bank in the balance sheet as TDS to be recovered in its assets. Is it correct, if not pls quote the relevant section

You can file condonation of delay for filing IT return for Any 18 19 before commissioner of INCOME TAX.
