in whcih Year Return Fill ?? if yes than you can send a online letter to CPC Banglore and you can call to Income Tax Department Banglore on HELP LINE NUMBER they reply properly............may be possible they send the refund in Bank Account but you give wrong Bank account number or May be another reason also... so you can contact to Income Tax Department with proper details....

CHECKING STATUS ONLINE

One needs to do is to enter the PAN number and the assessment year on the below mention link site to access the current position of the tax refund.

This simple task can be achieved through 2 easy steps:

Log into https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.H T M L and enter your PAN and assessment year. Then click on Submit button.

My Wife's refund  of AY 2007-2008 was pending. She had gone in 2009 in repsonse to their letter  for Bank account and MICR code.  She forgot about the refund after wards. It was stuck in Range migration.  I went in sept 2015 to the new ward and asked about the refund. the refund was credited after two days.

1) Plz check which ward you ha submitted the return

2) Check which is the present ward.

3) you have to go to the present ward.
