Income tax refund
I have received a refund for AY 2010-11 but the cheque received has been mentioned wrong Account number. So i send the cheque back to CPC. Now i have to file Refund Reissue Request. For that purpose i want refund sequence no. & Cpc communication number. From where i can get that???
My return has been filed manually & i lost the acknowledgement slip. Is there any way to get my refund back.

You have to go to your Jud AO and give the cheque back to them with a letter. since you have filed manual return. You will ge cheque only if amt is more than 50k.
If amt is less than 50K you must give a xerox copy of your blank chq showing accout NO , IFSC code , Micr code and your name. CPC has nothing to do with refund.
