Hi friends,
I filed the ITR for AY12-13 with refund of 12,000 but Dept gave only 4,000.
I came to know that they haven't given TDS credit for which i filed rectification under 154 even in that order they passed for 4,000 and still credit is missing.
What should i do next?

If you have filed your return online than you won't be able to contact your jurisditional A.O. As your case would be Bangalore.
You have a remedy against the rectification order passed by A.O. is CIT(A).
Check your 26AS. Contact your AO.
