22 June 2011i hve filed on-line individual Income tax return on 01/04/2011 for a.y 2010-11, there is refund of rs.15000, till the date i have not received refund. on tracking the online refund status, it shows " your assessing officer hasn,t sent this refund to assessing officer, checking for the e-return processing status, it shows e-Return has been processed at CPC - refund determined ,
Plz suggest me , how i am able to receive such refund early.

You will get your refund with-in 6 Months (without any erorr) accourding to R.B.I guidline.

Make proper P/L accounts for the income of individual from diff sources and then fill the form in the respective columns,
no documents are needed to be submitted alongsith return, but the taxpayer has to preserve the doucments for presentation if asked for.

query is not clear, unutilized means?
f you have paid TDS in excess then visit CIT(TDS) and discuss the matter, as the TDS payments are made in actual only, with respective heads.
