My mother is widow and 64 years old . She lives on family pension. We have a house on her name in which she stays (Half on her/Half on mine). If my mother does a house repair of amount Rs 30,00, is she entitled for a tax rebate?

No, but if you have proper documents on the expenses incurred, you can claim as cost of improvement in your capital gain computation at the time of selling the flat.
