Please inform us, what is applicable income tax rate on capital gain on sale/transfer of UNLISTED Co Shares, is it 20% or 10%.

For RESIDENT INDIAN its 20% with indexation benefit.
As per Sec. 112 IT act, for NON-RESIDENTS its 10% without indexation...
