Do I need to file Foreign branch Income tax return in India where there is no share capital & no income generation yet??
kindly confirm, as HSBC wants Income tax return to be filed??

It will be clubbed with Indian co. depending upon where the core business is set up.
It's a Foreign Comapny's Indian Branch Office... no business activity commenced yet.....Do I need to file Income tax return??
