I paid excess amount of tax ,what can I do now shall I revise now ,or the excess paid can I set off with next year income tax.

At the time of Filing your Return you can take Refund of same

If You are enter all the tds details in your ITR after compute the income and deductions then it is automatically shown refundable or Payable...

You have to only fill details in self assessment tax column.
After this if your tax liability is less than Tax paid then It will show Refund automatically.
