our comapny pay Performance bonus to each employee on monthly basis this peformance bonus add in his monthly gross salary can company add this Performance Incentive in Salary for calculation of Income tax on salary

Yes! It will be added to the total income under the head of salary & tds will be deducted at applicable slab rate!
