My father passed away in 2011 .In his will he has written that his income tax shall be filled in the name of the deceased till it is divided in his two sons( We are two brothers and no sisters).
Is there any proedure to file return of deceased / who will file( the elder son or younger son?

The legal heir can file the income tax return. But it will be on behalf of the deceased person. Check out the link in the income tax return which mentions "register as legal heir" for more details.
