I have already filed 3CD but I have got notice from IT asking for tax audit....
kindly advise for further action....

Give the reply attaching the filed 3cd .
You mean your tax Auditor filed tax audit report alongwith Form 3CD.
After filing by Auditor, you have eVerify these audit report and Firm 3CD. Did you do this ??
Check with your tax auditor and resolve.
