Just pay it as Tax and show as late fee U/s 234F in ITR

It is calculated as tax liability in ITR which is to be paid as self assessment tax.

You can pay under interest head or others head also You can pay fully in Tax head.
It has been split as per requirements at the time of filling...
Better to pay interest head.
