and point of taxation is not applicable to Nov 2011, so Service tax is on receipt basis ONLY..not ACCRUAL BASIS

I wanna interrupt u revati....
In this intance....there are few changes...which are not covered ubder this...presentation...
but the whole idea is to make ur revision....
Its for revision...
Ist complete ur syllabus...then it will gona help....
and service tax is on receipt basis....but according to new amendment there are few changes...
Now I think its on accrural or receipt whichever is earlier basis according to new...amend....not confirmed 100%
