i was filled an ITR-1 for F.Y. 2010-11 in the month of jan for Rs. 173327/- which is a taxable income. But any how i uploaded the return without making any provision of tax u/s 80C...
can i make revised return for the same......
please advice.... urgently....

Yes you can file revised return before the end of the assessment

and if the assessee is not having any investment then can i make changes in income.......

@ Jyoti: How can you claim certain amt being invested when you actually dint invest in tht F.Y?

If you have filed the return in Jan, 2012 then you cannot revise the return because it is a belated return..

Belated return cannot be revised. But you can take shelter of decision of Punjab & Haryana high court in the case of CIT V JAGRITI AGGARWAL (2011) 245 ctr (p&h) 629 wherein the High court has held than return filed u/s 139(4) is to be deemed to have been filed within extended time u/s 139(1) and you should file revised return immediately.
