does the employee of a chartered accountant in practice is allowed to attend hearing before the income tax officer.

in case if his name is in power of attorney then only
the power of attorney is in the name of CA firm
there must be some name in attorney, it can not be made in name of firm only.. if it is then anyone from firm can approach
the power of attorney is in the name of CA firm
