How one junior Advocate calculate his income for filing Income Tax ?
Is it mandatory to file Income Tax when his income is below Taxable income ?

Yes he has to file his return of income if his GROSS TOTAL INCOME computed as per Income tax Act exceeds the Basic Exemption Limit....
How to calculate income is depends on what types of income he earned...
