Income tax for a person employeed by a foreign firm in uae

A person gets a job in UAE in March 2017 and shifts there  , he was filing his ITR in India from 2011 to 2017 , but now he is posted in UAE hired by a foreign firm and getting salary in UAE Dirham  from March 2017 to March 2018 ,his stay in UAE is more than 365 days , how can he file income tax return in India for 2018-19
