I am a TV News Reporter from Feb 2012. I received a sum of 29750.00 in FY 2012-13. TDS deducted u/s 194J Rs. 2975.00. How can i file the Income tax return for the AY 2013-14 & Claim refund of Rs 2975.00.

Hi Srikanta,
You have to file Income Tax Return (ITR 4), this is income tax return form for income from business and profession and get refund.
You can file it manually or online.
Procedure to file return online,
--first you will have to get registered on IT site incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in,
--then download ITR 4,
--fill ITR 4
--convert this form xml format
--then upload the xml file on above mentioned site
--on filing the same you will get acknowledgement, then sign the acknowledged copy and send the same to banglore.
