We started our pvt Ltd company in the month of Feb 2020 ..
it's is mandatory to file income tax return for the FY 2019 - 2020 ?
and also we spent some money for company that is before incorporating the company.. how to book those expenses

For companies, irrespective of income, it's mandatory to file ITR. expenses incurred before incorporation of company can be either capitalized and claim depreciation or it can be amortized, depending upon the nature of expenses
