An assessee could not file the return for assessment year 2006-2007 till the last date of filing ITR i.e. till 31.3.2008.Is there any way that this could be filed now?If yes,then can he claim the refund of T.D.S. in the return?please reply

You can please contact your assessing officer and can request him accordingly
