last date to file return for AY 14-15 with penal intt (if any) is 31.03.16

If you have not filed the itr on due date .I.e. 31st July 2014 u may filed the return latest by 31st March 2015 with intt only , if there is tax liability . Thereafter i.e. after 1st april 2015 in addition to intt. penalty for late filing of itr will also be imposed

Due date for fillinfg of return AY-2014-15 ,
1. Individual : 31st Julay (with tax other wise you can file your return with tax and interest till 31-3-2015.....and after 31-3-2015 you file your return nil basis )
2. Audit u/s 44AB : 30th Sep. ( Current notification issued by CBDT . power u/s 119 of income tax act excersised dy bord and extend to 30-11-2014 for audit return file)
