If a person yearly salary doesnt exceed 2 lacs and if he has not filed IT return for the past 3 years .
Is it possible to file IT return now ??
Also , if TDS has been dedcuted can d same b shown in the return ??

you can file return for a max. of 2 years. currently you can file return for FY 2013-14 & 2012-13. if you want to file return for years before this then it is possible only after you receove notice from AO u/s 142(1)(i).
