if income tax has been deducted correctly by the employer and the same is shown in form no 16 income tax department connot recover the same from the employee in a future date

If the same has been deducted and shown in form 16 that means he has already deducted and deposited. As it is deducted from your salary that means employer is responsible for that money, not the employee.
