Pl explain in details
I have some reimbursements like car maintenance. The limit is actuals. I thought of buying one vacumm cleaner to clean my car, which costs around Rs. 4K. Our finance manager saying, dont put under car maintenance. Does not know how to make him accept?

There is no problem to pur the same under repair and maintenance. The cost is not so high.

Thanks for the sugession. However for repair I need an invoice from a authorised service center, because my car is a leased car from ALD automotive. Any other way. Please ....
