I am CA- FINAL student, can anybody please tell me where i will find latest direct tax caselaws regarding all topics, how to use caselaws while studing direct tax?

Is all past cases need to study? or only recent caselaws study will be enough?

you will buy recent case law book from our institue. they are publishe time to time and it is very cheap and most of the case laws covered in the papers.
