Hi Deepak,

In the attached copy, click the link wherein you can find the case law asked by you. In the link, select Journal as 'SOT' & Year as '2007', & click 'Go' after you get the web page, select 8th page you will get it.

can any body provide me the case judgemnts on following problm on TDS.

Q: If a company pay professional charges to a person which attract TDS liability but the company not deducted the TDS during the year at any payment, while the payee pays the tax as per the income tax rules at the time of filing of his income tax return.In this case what is the liability of company & how the company can save ourself????

please suggest through a case judgemnet
