Income tax belated return
Hii,
I have filed a belated ITR Fy 16-16, it was filed with some mistakes in data, still verification of ITR is pending.. can i Cancel that return? because the belated returns can not be revised... and for filing Rectification U/s 154 needs cpc ref number...

Check the time period to get it cancelled (minimum 120 days), with available time limit to file belated return!!
