The problem we are having is that its going to be time consuming to create email ids of hundreds of clients and validating their e- filing accounts with their mobile pins.
Since both the pins( email and moblie) are valid only for that session, we have to ask the client to forward us the mobile pin as soon as he receives it. By the time he receives the pin and sends it to us sometimes the web page expires. So, we have to do the exercise all over again.
In future, It may be made compulsary that the email/ mobile number in the ITR returns should not be used for more that 4 assesses. That will increase the problems.
