i have taken a home loan of Rs 28lacs which has been transferred directly by the bank to the builder account and the receipt for this transfer has been provided to me by the builder.is this income to be disclosed in my ITR?

Its not income, its loan amount from bank, gets disclosed in Balance sheet, if required to be filled.
