Is it compulsary to link PAN with AADHAR for filling ITR?

Its not necessary to link aadhaar and pan for filing. But you have to mention aadhaar in your returns. BTW linking pan with aadhaar is mandatory.
Yes, linking of Aadhar with PAN is mandatory, otherwise ITR will not get uploaded.
