what is the income limit upto which tax rebate is allowed?

rebate u/s 87A is allowed to a resident individual having total income upto rs 3,50,000
the rebate shall be - amount of income tax on total income OR rs 2,500, which ever is lower
the rebate shall be - amount of income tax on total income OR rs 2,500, which ever is lower
this rebate is only upto 3.5 lacs not more theb
if net total income <=3.50L then full tax exempt upto 2500 exempt u/s 87A
