No... It's not usual.
In normal provisions no way for filing ITR AY 17-18.
But, In case any refund claim or C/f losses then We can try to file condonation delay request to Jurisdictionall CIT.
If the condonation delay request accepted then we can file ITR based on the accepted request.

For AY 2017-18 you could have file return max upto 31.03.2018. It's not possible now.
You could meet any CA who has good contact in Deptt he can get your return done through offline mode and in Back date.
