I filed itr on salary. one of item in 80c wrongly entered in 80ccd and in 143 (1) they showing you have pay tax.what should I do for this?

no worry, file the revised return u/s 139(5) before the end of relevant assessment year and that would be 31st march, 2018 if original return was filed for fy 2016-17.
