my client he is salaried person but in 26AS TDS Deducted as Professional 194j so
can we file under ITR 1 for refund TDS Amount ?
please suggest me

Bcoz, He treated as Professional and His service under "Professional Services". So, I think We can't file ITR 1...

He is employed on contract basis so he have to file ITR 4/4S. He can't file ITR 1.
