Hi hello sir
my client he is salaried person but in 29AS TDS Deducted as Professional 194j so
can we as ITR 1 To refund TDS Amount
please suggest me

First confirm He is employed our he is providing professional services as service provider.

Your Client is on contract basis employee. So he have to file ITR 4 /4S. Income will be shown under income from profession. In that you can claim your refund.
