A payment is debited in SBI account on account of Tax payment ( payment to NSDL) of Rs 9,510/- but such payment is not reflected in my 26AS of any Financial Year. and I donot have any  Tax liability for the such amount. Bank can not provide challan no for such payment even bank can provide only BSR code for such payment. How can I track of such payment & how it can be refunded?
