If My total income Ra. 241000/- inclusive of short term capital gain Rs. 10000/- then Can I have to Pay tax??

Since your Gross Total Income is below the basic exemption limit. No need to pay tax.
I AM ATTACHING THIS FILE AND I HAVE FILL THIS ITR 2 FORM AND ITS SHOWN I HAVE TO PAY TAX.
KINDLY HELP ME HOW TO COMPUTE THAT I HAVE NOT PAY TAX.
You have not selected the residential status on the first page. Select residential status as resident and then compute tax.
