My client has business of kirana stores. he has no registration of business & want to loan therefore income tax return to be prepared . Can I show turnover of business above 10lakhs to 20 lakhs. Please help in the matter. Thank u in advance.

Get Gumasta license, which shall be needed everywhere. Can declare under ITR 4S, any turnover as per your wish.

In case of Trading business , VAT registration is required and it is subject to the provision of respective State VAT ACT
If your sales is increased by prescribed limit the bank shall ask VAT registration and VAT return
you can file income tax return for Ass. Year 2015-16 and 2016-17

Sir can u please send the process of registration in gumasta licence.. Limit for this registration..

Municipal ward office, take applications under Shops and Establishment act. that is Gumasta dhara.

Sir as u said that in ITR 4s any turnover is to be shown.. whether it is for any type of business??

As in case of manpower supply contract the members are only 8 in a contract and there is also no registration has been taken of any type.. Form 26AS shown Rs.1026500 and TDS 10250.

There is interest income also from Fixed deposit i.e. Rs. 14126 and tds deducted is 1412. Can I use ITR 4s for this return by showing Turnover of Rs. 1026500 and Interest income of Rs.14126.
